Home Health Physical Therapist - $40-60 per hour

Jet Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Denton, Texas. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services that include assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients enrolled in our home‑health program in Denton, Sanger, Aubrey, TX, and surrounding areas. Design and modify individualized physical therapy treatment programs based on patient medical referrals and clinical assessments. Deliver hands‑on therapy, exercises, and techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of current trends and best practices in physical therapy. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy. Current state license as a Physical Therapist, or a multi‑state license issued by a state member of the National Physical Therapy Compact, if practicing in a state member of the PT Compact. Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical care setting, with experience in home‑health, geriatrics, or medical‑surgical preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice. Reliable transportation with valid and current auto liability insurance.
