Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year of outpatient clinic experience
• CA LVN
• Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV and Blood withdrawal certified

• Weekend REQ: No
• Floating REQ: Yes
• On-Call REQ: No
• Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
• NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
