Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in consultation with physicians, adjusting as needed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and families on therapy programs. Communicate patient progress and changes with physicians and care teams. Document all visits and progress notes on the same day of service. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active PT license in Florida. Current BLS certification.
