ERP Integration Manager

Job Description We are in search of an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in the detail oriented services industry, located in New York, New York. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and implementing SAP S4 HANA Public and/or Private Cloud solutions, focusing on industries such as Consumer Products & Goods and Manufacturing and Distribution. Responsibilities Implement and manage SAP S4 HANA Public and/or Private Cloud solutions Utilize your deep industry knowledge within Consumer Products & Goods and Manufacturing and Distribution to guide implementation processes Handle any customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation process Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications when required Use your expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud to analyze customer data and make informed decisions Use SAP Extended Warehouse Management to manage and optimize warehouse processes Work closely with other team members to ensure all customer needs are met and all processes run smoothly Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP S4 HANA and other relevant technologies Help train other team members on SAP S4 HANA and other relevant technologies when necessary Qualifications Must hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. A minimum of five years of experience in ERP integration or a similar role. Proficient knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Extended Warehouse Management. Strong understanding of detail oriented services industry processes and operations. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices. Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis. Solid understanding of data migration concepts and strategies. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. Strong customer service orientation.
