Clinic-Based Therapy Reduce travel time: Most clients are based in one of our 8 upstate clinics, with minimal services provided in home or school settings. What We’re Looking For Education & Certification: Current BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field (BCBA). Experience & Skills: Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and client progress monitoring. Proficiency in Central Reach or similar data systems. Effective communication and organizational skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in therapy sessions.
