We maintain high data quality and control standards, and develop and support effective strategies with each applicable business. Most importantly, we manage CRA examinations by showing the bank examiners how Capital One effectively responds to the lending, investment, and service needs of the communities where we do business. We convey Capital One's comprehensive and durable approach to improving the financial well-being of low- and moderate-income people and neighborhoods.The CRA Strategy & Program Management Community Development (CD) Qualification team is looking for a self-starting Manager to play a critical role in support of the company's efforts to continue our track record of outstanding CRA performance. Be the brains behind the scenes to move community development projects and data-related initiatives forward to help meet CRA objectives. Use your keen eye for detail to review data and research details, while using your judgment to make decisions. In addition to digging in the data, this position allows you to partner and engage with other team members to collaboratively clarify data points to accurately and effectively report findings. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Plano, TX: $122,100 - $139,400 for Manager, CRA Strategy and Program ManagementMcLean, VA: $134,400 - $153,300 for Manager, CRA Strategy and Program ManagementRichmond, VA: $122,100 - $139,400 for Manager, CRA Strategy and Program ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
