It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Team Lead for our Full Color department on our Flatbed side in our North Mankato-MN facility.Your Responsibilities:Process startup and controlAlign crewing to the need based on volumes in areaEstablish run priority based on customer requirements for all operators, assemblers and packagersManage all aspects of the daily WIP reportsMeet production goalsEstablish daily, monthly and annual goals for team membersGather metrics and barriers for GembaConfirm quality-routine checksPrint quality, cutting quality, Finishing quality, packaging qualityYour Shift:1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pmRequirements within this position:Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 - 24. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
