The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no involvement in employment decisions. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Responsibilities include: Planning for each shift. Monitoring performance during the shift. Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. Monitoring safety, security and profitability. Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the shift. Meeting shift targets and helping departments meet goals. Food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness. Managing crew, ensuring quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older.
