Remote Status Hybrid Locations Tampa, FL; Orlando, FL; and locations across the Southeast U.S. Job Title Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager (Aviation) Position Responsibilities Design runways, taxiways, aprons and other airfield projects using FAA Advisory Circulars. Design landside facilities such as roads, parking, and utilities. Supervise designers and CADD technicians. Perform and/or lead civil design using knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and professionals under the direction of the Aviation Service Director. Manage construction projects as the owner’s representative. Obtain permits from local municipalities and statewide agencies. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of aviation design experience and detailed knowledge of FAA standards preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience for senior positions. Proficiency in design programs preferred (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Microsoft Excel, etc.). Ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and a focus on client service.
