DSI Systems Inc. is seeking a Simulation Developer/Instructional Designer to create immersive simulations mirroring live customer calls and tech troubleshooting. This remote role supports a National Retail division, with a focus on improving handle time, CSAT, and first call resolution. You’ll design real-world training, collaborate with SMEs and training teams, and roll out LMS-enabled programs while traveling up to 50% as needed.
