We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our dental practice as front desk staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and handling insurance, and other front desk tasks for a dental office.

The front desk staff plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our practice, and we are looking for someone who is able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and dental practice management software.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle a high-stress environment.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred).
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred).
