Civil Construction Supervisor

Position Summary Civil Construction Supervisor Location: Holland, MN Key Responsibilities Oversee and verify civil construction activities including mass concrete, foundations, excavation, rebar, and underground utilities, ensuring full compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Enforce quality and inspection processes by managing ITPs, witnessing key construction and testing activities (concrete, soils, utilities), coordinating with contractors and third-party inspectors, and maintaining accurate documentation for turnover. Resolve issues by tracking non-conformances, escalating risks, ensuring corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards (including SWPPP). Qualifications 7+ years of experience in heavy civil, industrial, or energy construction. Hands‑on experience with mass concrete, foundations, and underground utility installation. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports. Understanding of QA/QC processes, inspection programs, and construction sequencing. Collaborative approach across contractors, engineers, and project teams with a focus on compliance.
