In this role, you will assist travelers with itineraries, bookings, and travel questions while ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish—all remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist clients with travel planning, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
• Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process.
• Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
• Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
