Case Manager - Partial Care (Mental Health)
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark
A major social service agency in New Jersey is seeking a Case Manager for their Partial Care department. The Case Manager will provide support for clients with severe mental health issues, facilitate group sessions, document progress, and work closely with a psychiatric team.
