Role- Oracle Functional Consultant
Location- San Francisco, CA/Hybrid, must be able to work in a hybrid mode for 3-5 days in San Francisco, CA
Duration- 12 months
Primary Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to serve as the onsite point of contact for a long-term managed services engagement. You will be the primary liaison between the clients, bringing functional depth across Oracle modules and structure to how work is prioritized and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support across Oracle Field Service, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
- Explain and coordinate how modules integrate and exchange data, and troubleshoot cross-module issues.
- Own the EPM and PPM area, a high-touch area for the client, with a focus on resolving reporting issues.
- Establish a clear prioritization process and bring more structure to intake, tracking, and delivery.
- Act as the day-to-day liaison between client stakeholders and the Deloitte team, managing expectations for a hands-on, detail-focused client.
- Deliver work in line with Client Operate managed services policies and SLAs.
