Production Worker – Packaging & Manufacturing
Premier Staffing Unlimited is currently hiring Production Workers for a manufacturing facility.
This position will primarily be responsible for packing finished bags into boxes and hand-stacking boxes while packaging equipment becomes fully operational. Team members may also assist with operating production and packaging equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting the overall manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Pack finished bags into boxes according to production requirements
- Hand-stack boxes and finished product
- Assist with operating production and packaging machinery
- Monitor equipment and product for basic quality or production issues
- Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and organized
- Complete assigned production tasks in a timely manner
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift, stack, and handle boxes throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn production and packaging equipment
- Strong attention to safety and quality
