Warehouse AssociateAtWork Personnel is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a fast-growing distribution company in South Austin. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays busy, and wants long-term growth in the warehouse/logistics field.ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and stage inventory for outgoing ordersLoad and unload trucks, pallets, and materialsPerform inventory counts and restock items as neededOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift if certified)Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-freeUse scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and ordersQualificationsWarehouse or distribution experience preferred (not required)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for entire shiftAbility to perform repetitive movementsMust follow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable transportation requiredAttention to detail and ability to follow order sheets accuratelyWho Thrives in This RoleThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, physical work and doesn’ t need micromanagement.
