Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating duties during surgical procedures maintaining sterile field integrity.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and effective care delivery.
• Maintain and monitor equipment, ensuring readiness for procedures.
• Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately using the Meditech system.
• Adapt to scheduled requirements and float between Operating Room, Endoscopy, and Outpatient Surgery as needed.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and patient experience standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 1-year OR RN circulating experience in ortho, spine, urology, and general surgery.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in operating room technology and equipment including Stryker, Steris, and Da Vinci Robotics.
• Strong documentation skills with experience in Meditech system.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with surgical team members.
• Flexible and adaptable to varying scheduled shifts and floating requirements.
