Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Warehouse Picking Associates for a toy distributor in Whitehouse, OH. As a Warehouse Picking Associate, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment supporting daily warehouse operations including order picking, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and quality checks. This position requires experience operating a pallet rider and using warehouse equipment to safely and efficiently move product throughout the distribution center. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in our team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $18/hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Overtime may be required during the week and on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate a pallet rider and pallet jack to move product throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload pallets while following safe material handling practices.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Use RF scanners, handheld printers, and inventory systems to track product.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with quality assurance processes.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Report damaged product, inventory issues, or unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience preferred.
• Previous pallet rider experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
