Account Manager - Commercial Print, Promotional Products & Signage

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager specializing in Commercial Print, Promotional Products, and Signage. This on-site role is based in Raleigh, NC. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage print production projects, and liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products. Responsibilities Managing client relationships, coordinating project timelines, facilitating pre-press and print management processes, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the production cycle, maintaining good customer relations, delivering samples, proofs and sometimes the orders, going off-site to see clients to review upcoming projects and make stronger connections. Qualifications Strong skills in Print Production, Printing, and Print Management Experience with Pre-press processes, ensuring files are print-ready Proven ability in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control throughout the production process Proficiency in relevant software for print and pre-press production is a plus Background in promotional products or signage production is preferred Details Full-Time Position M-F 8am - 5pm Dental, Vision, Health, and PTO Benefits 401K 9 Paid Holidays Per Year Pay range from $64k to $72K depending on your experience and ability #J-18808-Ljbffr
