We are a fast-growing wellness brand building premium sauna studios across Florida. Our mission is to make high-quality recovery and wellness experiences more accessible through beautifully designed spaces, strong community partnerships, and modern, performance-driven marketing.

As we expand our studio footprint, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can own strategy and execution across D2C growth, influencer partnerships, and B2B business development, while helping define how the brand shows up locally and statewide.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can think strategically, move quickly, and execute across multiple channels.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy for a growing network of sauna studios. This includes driving customer acquisition, developing influencer and brand partnerships, launching B2B initiatives, and translating high-level strategy into measurable results.

You'll work closely with leadership and studio operators to ensure marketing directly supports revenue growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

D2C Marketing & Customer Acquisition

• Develop and execute direct-to-consumer marketing strategies to drive studio memberships, class bookings, and first-time visits
• Own customer acquisition channels including paid social, email/SMS, content, local SEO, and promotions
• Collaborate on offers, launch campaigns, and local studio openings
• Analyze funnel performance and optimize campaigns based on CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencer and creator partnerships across wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and local markets
• Build scalable influencer programs (ambassadors, paid partnerships, gifting, performance-based deals)
• Oversee content usage rights and repurposing for paid and organic campaigns
• Track performance and ROI across influencer initiatives

B2B & Business Partnerships

• Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives targeting gyms, fitness studios, sports teams, hotels, real estate, corporate wellness programs, and local businesses
• Support partnership outreach, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs
• Create marketing materials and partnership assets to support business development efforts

Brand & Marketing Strategy

• Own the overarching marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and locations
• Plan and manage marketing calendars for launches, promotions, and events
• Help shape brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new locations

Strategy Execution & Operations

• Translate high-level strategy into clear execution plans and timelines
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, agencies, or creators as needed
• Track performance across channels and report on KPIs, insights, and recommendations
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required

• 4–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in D2C, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
• Strong experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
• Proven ability to both build strategy and execute hands-on
• Experience supporting or scaling physical locations or local markets
• Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance and ROI
• Strong communication and project management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B marketing or business development partnerships
• Familiarity with Florida or regional market expansion
• Experience working with membership-based or subscription businesses
• Comfort managing paid media or collaborating closely with paid media partners
• Background in startups or high-growth brands
