Mercy‑GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas. Competitive Compensation Daily Volume Bonus: paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift. Quarterly Bonus: up to 5% of clinical base salary, based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures. Benefits Comprehensive, day one benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision and CME. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) available for qualifying employees. Qualifications Minimum 18 months of full‑time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting. Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations. Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and preliminary reads on EKGs and X‑rays. Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification. Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP).
