Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

Fluently bilingual in French and English, the full-time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist will provide exceptional support to Dealer clients and the National Sales Team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of customer service activities in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver best-in-class customer service to external clients and assist internal departments Coordinate with the sales team and maintain accurate documentation for transactions Collaborate with the Marketing department to assemble and ship marketing materials Required qualifications 3+ years of customer service experience or relevant industry experience Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) Proficiency in MS Office suite; CRM experience is an asset Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision Energetic and proactive personality with excellent communication skills Virtual Vocations Inc
