Transaction Coordinator

The Transaction Coordinator updates the MLS and marketing websites, reviews and updates documents within the transaction files, inputs all necessary information into the client's database and transaction management systems while coordinating with vendors as requested. The Transaction Coordinator oversees all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
