Deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests. Requirements: Must be at least 15 years old. Current certification: YMCA Swim Lessons or ARC Water Safety Instructor, CPR, First Aid, AED and Oxygen certification or must successfully complete the YMCA’s Aquatics Academy training program resulting in certification. Passion for working with diverse youth and ability to provide a high-quality of instruction using age-appropriate practices. Meets physical qualifications required for certification in job. Preferred Qualities Enthusiastic : Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest. Detail Oriented : Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well. Self-Starter : Inspired to perform without outside help. Ability to Make an Impact : Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization.
