Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 Hours/Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced hemodynamic and neurological assessment
• Perform and manage Intracranial Pressure (ICP) monitoring as required by patient acuity
• Operate and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) for patients with acute kidney injury or failure
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience within the past 3 years
• ICP monitoring experience required
• CRRT experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II trauma ICU environment
• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
