As a Managing Attorney, you will collaborate closely with the Founder and CEO, Executive Leadership, and legal production team, leveraging your extensive experience to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in family law litigation and trials. Additionally, the Managing Attorney will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding our team of attorneys and the legal production team, embodying our core values every step of the way.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $180,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities:

What Our Managing Attorney Will Do :

• Lead and manage the legal team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the Founder and CEO to develop and implement strategic goals for the firm.

• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

• Oversee case management processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to legal standards.

• Represent clients in family law litigation and trials, advocating for their best interests.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and trust.

• Monitor legal trends and changes in family law to keep the firm at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

What We Need From You:

• J.D. degree and admission to the Texas Bar.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of family law litigation experience (Texas-specific).

• Experience in family law litigation and trials, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.

• Ability to lead and manage a team of attorneys, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic goals in collaboration with executive leadership.

• Strong mentoring skills to guide junior attorneys and promote continuous professional development.

• Ability to oversee and enhance case management processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal standards.

• Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on clear communication and trust-building.

• In-depth knowledge of current legal trends and changes in family law to maintain the firm's competitive edge.
