Senior Principal Therapy Development Rep Carotid -New Orleans

Medtronic seeks a Therapy Development Representative in Louisiana to drive adoption of new vascular products, including carotid therapies, within an assigned territory. The role combines sales, clinical education, and account development to expand market share and launch innovative medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales budgets, account activation targets, and market share goals on quarterly and annual basis
• Identify and convert target accounts; launch new vascular products with field teams to drive therapy adoption
• Develop and execute sales and market development plans to expand product reach and enhance customer adoption
• Train physicians and medical staff as therapy experts; build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, financial, and quality standards; communicate market intelligence and competitor activity to management

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 12+ years relevant sales/clinical experience, or Associate's degree plus 10+ years, or Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in medical devices or healthcare
• Ability to travel at least 60%
• Proven track record launching new products in hospital or OR settings
• Experience developing new accounts and driving market penetration for medical technologies
• Strong knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols
• Ability to train and educate medical personnel on devices and therapies
• Demonstrated top-tier sales performance; preferred: Neuroguard sales experience and deep vascular device knowledge
