- Carry a diverse caseload across programs like family preservation, parenting time, and juvenile justice services
- Provide hands-on support through home visits, community-based services, and supervised parenting time
- Guide families toward stability through coaching, skill-building, and connection to resources
- Ensure continuity of care, stepping in when families need support most
- Partner with courts, schools, and MDHHS, advocating for your clients every step of the way
- Document and track progress, helping measure outcomes and drive positive change
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- You have experience working with at-risk youth and families
- You're adaptable, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple cases and priorities
- You can build trust quickly while maintaining professional boundaries
- You're just as comfortable in the field as you are documenting your work
- You believe in meeting families where they are-without judgment
- Expand your clinical and case management skills across multiple service models
- Gain exposure to court-involved, prevention, and family support services

- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
