As a multi‑specialty clinic, we offer care from more than 900 medical providers in 65 medical specialties. We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Patient Service Technician at varying levels (I, II). The selected candidate will be placed at the appropriate level based on qualifications and experience. All levels contribute to patient care under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, with increasing responsibilities at higher levels. Primary Responsibilities Perform pediatric and adult venipunctures, finger sticks, heel sticks, and other collection services as ordered by the provider Perform CLIA waived testing (i.e., urine dip, pregnancy tests, finger stick blood glucose levels, fecal occult blood tests, rapid influenza tests, finger stick PT/INR, Monospots, sed rates, rapid streps) as described in the laboratory procedure Maintain accurate laboratory records and make available for inspections/audits by Lab Supervisor, Lab Director, Lab Consultant and CLIA Surveyors Perform necessary quality controls; participate in proficiency testing program as required, maintain lab instruments as indicated by manufacturer recommendations and will follow all safety guidelines in effect Includes all duties of Patient Services Technician I You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED No experience required if completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Program OR 1+ years of directly related experience as a phlebotomist in a patient service center, clinic, or hospital setting BLS certification through the American Heart Association; must obtain within 30 days of hire Experience with computers and Windows‑based software Proven ability to use related equipment Preferred Qualifications For PST II: 2+ years of experience required if completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Program OR 3+ years of directly related experience as a phlebotomist in a patient service center, clinic, or hospital setting with 1+ years of waived testing and specimen processing experience in a clinical setting Pay & Benefits Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 to $29 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
