AUTO Service BDC Customer Care Specialist

Service Business Development Coordinator Location: Vara Chevrolet (IH-35 South, San Antonio TX 78224) Schedule: Full-Time | 5-day work week with alternating Saturdays | Closed Sundays About the Role Vara Chevrolet is growing, and we are looking for a Service Business Development Coordinator to be the welcoming voice of our service department. Key Responsibilities * Customer Communication: Answer incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and provide timely status updates. * Inquiry Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across BDC tools, automated systems, and email. * Outbound Outreach: Contact past and current customers regarding factory recalls and recommended maintenance. * Service Follow-Ups: Re-engage customers who previously declined services, recalls, or special-order parts. * Administrative Support: Create internal repair orders and manage loaner vehicle services. * Other tasks assigned by manager. Qualifications * Experience: At least one prior role in customer service. * Skills: Excellent communication, strong reliability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Requirements: Valid driver's license and a positive attitude.
• Spanish speaker is preferred
• Dealership experience is preferred
