Como Desenvolvedor WordPress Sênior, você liderará iniciativas de desenvolvimento web e construirá soluções sofisticadas em WordPress. Projetará temas e plugins personalizados, orientará equipes de desenvolvimento e definirá o padrão de excelência em engenharia WordPress.
O Que Você Fará
- Projetar e desenvolver temas, plugins e soluções personalizadas em WordPress com foco em performance e experiência do usuário.
- Liderar decisões técnicas e fornecer orientação para iniciativas de desenvolvimento WordPress.
- Orientar desenvolvedores júnior e pleno em melhores práticas de WordPress e técnicas modernas de desenvolvimento.
- Colaborar com designers, equipes de conteúdo e stakeholders para entregar sites de qualidade.
- Impulsionar a qualidade do código através de revisões, testes e implementação de padrões de desenvolvimento.
- Avaliar e implementar novas tecnologias e ferramentas WordPress para aprimorar as capacidades de desenvolvimento.
O Que Procuramos
- 4+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento WordPress.
- Forte expertise em PHP, WordPress core, desenvolvimento de temas e arquitetura de plugins.
- Ampla experiência com tecnologias frontend modernas incluindo JavaScript, HTML e CSS.
- Capacidade comprovada de liderar projetos técnicos e orientar equipes de desenvolvimento.
- Profunda compreensão de segurança WordPress, otimização de performance e melhores práticas.
- Nível avançado de inglês.
