Be a part of this grand opening Viceroy hotel and residence as the Engineering Supervisor. Maintain this state-of-the-art property where no detail is overlooked, and service standards are a priority for the front and back of house.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years progressive engineering or maintenance experience in hotels, resorts, or facilities
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Monitor the use of parts, tools, chemicals, and consumables to minimize waste and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Supervise and allocate work orders, preventive maintenance assignments, inspections, and emergency response activities across the property.
- Supervise the operation and preventive maintenance in all areas (structural and equipment).
