Director, Total Rewards: Strategic Compensation & Benefits

Hecla Mining Company is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to lead the design, governance, and strategy of compensation, benefits, and payroll across the United States and Canada. The role reports to the CHRO and builds a data-informed Total Rewards function to support Hecla’s growth and acquisitions.
The incumbent will own health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave and Canadian programs, payroll operations, and executive compensation support, while leading a small team and partnering
