All positions are open to start immediately following the successful onboarding process. Clinical Compliance: Perform all duties in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, agency standards of care, policies, and procedures. Emergency Response: Maintain the ability to initiate emergency protocols promptly in response to patient situations. Reporting: Report directly to the Case Manager, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing (DON). Travel Requirement: Traveling to patient's homes in the Simi Valley area is required. Qualifications & Requirements We are seeking a dedicated LVN with the following: Must-Haves Licensure: Current California State LVN Licensure. Certifications: Current CPR Certificate. Health: Current TB/Physical Clearance and Negative TB Test Result Documentation. Transportation: Licensed CA Driver (or adequate means of transportation).
