Responsibilities of the Role

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing healthcare to individuals and families, focusing on prevention, chronic illness management, and mental wellness.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and design tailored treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavioral health professionals and specialists, to ensure holistic management of patient care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Provide both in-person and virtual care options to accommodate patient preferences.

Educational Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications and Licenses

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or possessing) a current medical license in Texas.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
