Qualifications:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Assisting individual sales consultants to close sales with a professional appearance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sales Manager: 1 year (Required)
Valid state driver's license

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily activities of the new car sales department.
Devise strategies that ensure everyone is meeting their goals.
Respond to all leads received in a timely fashion.
Ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction.
Helping sales team to train and develop new talent for success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
