Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager II with strong project management and Salesforce Marketing Cloud program management experience to lead multiple digital marketing and CRM projects. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, capturing business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of brand marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium-to-high complexity CRM and digital marketing projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, timelines, task assignments, status reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs and brand CRM engagement activities.
• Capture business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for technical teams.
• Coordinate marketing data uploads and ensure accurate, timely data delivery to marketing applications.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Conduct project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
• Identify project issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain project documents, proofing checklists, and records.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and a positive end-user experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
• 3 5 years of experience in database marketing, CRM, email, digital, direct mail, or 1:1 marketing.
• Experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of database, email, digital, and personalized 1:1 marketing concepts and best practices.
• Strong business requirements gathering and functional requirements documentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
