Parking Ambassador

Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Raleigh, NC 27601 Position Type: Seasonal Education Level: GED or High School Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day / Swing Responsibilities Perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a parking facility, while delivering a service that exceeds customers' expectations. Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas. Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure parking does not overfill available spaces. Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor. Screen parking lots for permits. Supply exceptional customer service to all customers. Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots. Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor. Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.
