We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to lead receiving operations while actively performing the majority of the work alongside the team. This is a physically demanding role in a hot/cold warehouse environment requiring strong leadership, organization, and forklift expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming sea containers by hand
• Palletize, organize, and put away incoming inventory
• Replenish warehouse pick areas to maintain workflow efficiency
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move large/heavy products
• Lead and direct warehouse staff while assisting with daily tasks
• Ensure inventory is organized, accurate, and easily accessible
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet operational goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Strong forklift operating experience (required)
• Previous warehouse lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment
• Comfortable performing heavy manual labor throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and handle large/heavy products
• Experience unloading containers and warehouse receiving preferred
• Able to work in hot and cold warehouse conditions
