Pay and Benefits Pay: $149,000 - $190,000 per year Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Up to $650 a day. Unique bonus and incentive program offering limitless income potential. Job Requirements Licensed dentist with a valid dental license. Strong interpersonal skills and a patient‑centered approach to care. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Mid‑level experience preferred (3+ years of practice). Proficiency with Eaglesoft and, preferably, Dentrix or Open Dental. Experience with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix. DEA registration, CPR and BLS certification, nitrous oxide certification, and other relevant certifications. Job Description Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and dental evaluations to diagnose treatment needs. Provide a broad range of general dentistry services, including dental extractions, restorations, and prosthodontics. Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA. Utilize dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix for efficient patient care coordination. Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout all dental procedures. Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient experience and office workflow. Uphold the practice’s commitment to patient health, safety, and well‑being.
