Nurse Practitioner OpportunityOur growing healthcare practice in Avon Park is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for seeing an average of 12 patients per day and providing comprehensive medical care, including performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing patient education.Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:Conduct physical exams and obtain patient medical historiesDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuriesOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studiesPrescribe medications and other treatmentsProvide patient education on medical conditions and treatment plansCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plansDocument patient care in electronic medical records systemMaintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulationsApply today to be considered for this wonderful opportunity.
