Location: Braintree, MA
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 + Bonus Potential & Benefits

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant in the Braintree area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build strong teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitable restaurant operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
• Maintain exceptional standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and execution
• Manage P&L performance, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining a strong guest-focused culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a GM or senior-level manager
• Background in upscale casual, polished casual, or high-volume full-service restaurants
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and restaurant financials
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain strong teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$85,000 base salary
