UX Content Writer

Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a UX Content Writer. Role Overview: As a UX Content Writer at American Family Insurance, you are responsible for executing end-to-end product messaging across user flows, ensuring that all user-facing content-from primary actions to edge cases and error states-is complete, consistent, and ready for production. You will work within established content strategy and design system guidelines to write, document, and deliver UX content across features and products, with a strong emphasis on completeness, clarity, and usability. Responsibilities:
- Ensure all flows are fully resolved from start to finish, with no missing or undefined messaging
- Deliver production-ready content within planned sprint cycles
- Maintain alignment with design system standards and content guidelines
- Collaborate with UX designers to review and refine error flows
- Support content strategist review and sign-off to ensure consistency and quality
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure all messaging needs are identified early
- Proactively identify gaps in messaging across products, features, or flows
- Ensure consistency of messaging across multiple products or surfaces
- Adapt content appropriately while maintaining shared terminology and tone
- Ensure content is easily understandable and implementable by partners
