Job Description:

The Maintenance Technician ensures the safety, functionality, and comfort of healthcare and residential facilities. This role supports operational continuity and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients, residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to unanticipated facility needs to minimize risk and service disruption.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, systems, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable codes
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across multiple disciplines
• Maintain inventory and documentation of parts and repairs
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies
• Attend training sessions

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication xihmbke with coworkers, residents, families, and contractors
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform maintenance tasks
• EducationHigh School Diploma/GED
