Customer Service Representative (BILINGUAL)

We are looking for qualified candidates with the same vision to succeed! LOGZONE is seeking a BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative for a government contract in Pueblo, Colorado. The contract will operate out of the Pueblo Distribution Center of the U.S. Government Publishing Office. Responsibilities: Deliver professional customer support via telephone, email, and mail to the bilingual community. Answer inbound/outbound calls, clarify needs, research issues, and resolve complaints. Perform data entry, mail processing, reporting, and database updates. Troubleshoot issues and escalated complex matters as needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies. Import order files and update website as directed by supervisors. Requirements: Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel). Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. LOGZONE is an equal opportunity employer.
