Machining Concepts isn’t a typical production floor. We’re a dynamic job shop where you’ll handle diverse parts and materials while collaborating with pros who care about craftsmanship and throughput. We’re seeking CNC Machinists and Operators for 1st and 2nd shift .

Role Snapshot

• Operate CNC machines with accuracy and care to meet tight tolerances
• Inspect workpieces and confirm conformance to specifications
• Adhere to written procedures and verbal direction
• Execute repetitive operations with consistent results
• Tend multiple machines in a production cell as needed
• Assist senior machinists with setups and programming adjustments
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred
• 2+ years of machining experience
• Mechanical aptitude and solid basic math
• Team-oriented, eager to learn and improve
