About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is seeking two collaborative and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologists to join a welcoming school community in Highland, MI. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to create a supportive and collaborative environment for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows. The caseload includes a combination of students across general education, resource room, and ASD classrooms in an elementary building. The building also houses an Early Intervention (EI) categorical classroom, though only a small number of those students receive speech-language services. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy a varied caseload, collaborative teamwork, and the opportunity to positively impact students across multiple educational settings. What You'll Do Provide speech and language evaluations for students across general education, resource, and special education settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and student needs Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices Share responsibility for supporting ASD classrooms with the building's Speech-Language Pathology team Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to promote communication success across educational settings Participate in IEP meetings and provide meaningful recommendations to support student achievement Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance records Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, fluency, and AAC needs as appropriate Build positive relationships with students while fostering an inclusive and supportive therapy environment Position Highlights Two full-time openings Collaborative partnership and support Diverse caseload consisting of general education, resource room, and special education Building includes an Early Intervention categorical classroom Full-time clinicians receive preference for private office space Supportive school team that values collaboration, mentorship, and student success Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility Michigan Department of Education certification or eligibility preferred School-based experience preferred but not required Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Passion for supporting students with diverse communication needs Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Why AnthroMed is a Stand‑Out Employer Competitive salary: $60,000-75,000 annually (based on experience) Full medical, dental, and vision insurance (UnitedHealthcare PPO with $0 payroll deduction) JumpStart Salary Program - receive pay prior to the school year 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 3% (starting Day 1) Paid parental leave and 100% employer-paid short-term disability Bi-weekly team meetings and access to a network of school-based clinicians Ongoing clinical and administrative support throughout the assignment Access to therapy materials, CEU resources, and regular team learning sessions 100% reimbursement for licensure dues Equal Opportunity Employer AnthroMed Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any person based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
