Work will be on large commercial real estate (CRE) deals – purchase and sale, title and survey, financing, and leasing, corporate structuring, and entity creation / formation. Structure, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases (office, retail, industrial), easements, and development agreements Advise on and document real estate financing transactions (loan agreements, security instruments, intercreditor agreements) Coordinate closings and post-closing deliverables; work with title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel Counsel clients on risk allocation, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance Qualifications MO bar #J-18808-Ljbffr
