What You’ll Own As a Transportation Manager, you’ll serve as the primary leader and advocate for a fleet of professional drivers, ensuring they have the support they need to safely and successfully deliver freight across the country. In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a fleet of 10+ drivers Build strong relationships through daily communication and support Help drivers achieve safety, service, and performance goals Manage equipment utilization to maximize productivity and profitability Ensure driver home-time commitments are met Identify opportunities to improve fleet performance and operational efficiencies Monitor safety metrics and help create a culture where safety comes first Make real-time decisions that keep freight moving and customers satisfied What Makes Someone Successful Here?
